Seville is a great city that can alternate well the modern thing and the classic thing. It is a traditional city and but also cosmopolitan. Seville possesses a wide set of different monuments according to its style. In the whole Sevillian enclosure, we can find a traditional, dense enough hamlet, especially in the central zone, and with a great number of singular dispersed buildings in its set. Among all these buildings it is necessary to emphasize those that, for their specific characteristics and historic - artistic interest, they are known inside our city, such as the Giralda and the Catedral, the Archivo de Indias, the Reales Alcázares and the Torre del Oro, which identify the image of Seville.

To receive the keys: at the house.
Aperture schedules: 9h30 am to 20 pm
Check in between 15 pm and 20 pm (is available it will be possible to make it earlier. check it three days before arriving).
Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible. For check in after 20 pm it will be necessary to book our service of trasnport from the airport or station for 35€ for 1-4 person).
Once the pre payment is made (under terms & condition indicated on the website), you will have to pay 50% of the outstanding payment whithin 7 days after the booking is made. Contact the owner.
Cancellation conditions of these 50%:
-if you cancel with a month before entering we will reintegrate 95%
-between 15 days and 30 days, 25% will be returned
-with less than 15 days of antelation these 50% won't be returned.
